I’m Sofi, a Product Designer with over 7 years of experience working across healthcare, fintech, retail, and tourism.
Throughout my journey, I’ve learned that great design doesn’t come from solutions alone, it comes from understanding. From asking the right questions, listening deeply, and connecting people, needs, and context.
I’m especially comfortable in complex environments, where things feel messy or unclear. I enjoy bringing structure, shared understanding, and direction, helping teams align and move forward with confidence.
I work across the full product process… from discovery and research to design and collaboration with cross-functional teams, always focused on reducing friction and improving user experience.
I’m naturally curious and constantly exploring new tools, ideas, and ways of working that help teams collaborate better and build better products.
Alongside my product work, I teach at Universidad ORT and contribute as a Local Leader at the Interaction Design Foundation, because I believe design grows when we share knowledge and build community.
